Have you asked them? I am sure they would discuss it because they will want you to go back again and advertise it to your friends.
Consider the following:
Statistics of numbers determines the future of the Park in so many ways. Attractions, amenities, staffing levels etc
Gender gives information on similar lines.
Age is probably very important to gauge the advertising, attractions and all the other things provided.
Overall, the prices charged can be adjusted up/down and projections of income predicted for use in any possible expansion.

i would think they keep customer record for future purposes.
they may send out promotions to previous customers to keep them visiting. they may also use the records to calculate the visitor rates, age groups, time of year visited, etc.
its all to do with competitive advantage. if they find out who they mainly attract (usually teenagers) this can help with the promotional side and developing new ideas, to sustain and increase the visitor rates.
