The games themselves are region free, however ingame features such as pal park (used to transfer from GBA game to D/P) will not work if you have a different region GBA game inserted that is different from D/P

when it comes out yes it will. the nintendo ds is completly region free. which means you can run a game from any country on it

We have not gotten it yet it comes out in the next month or two here in the US.
