Ahhh, one of the great mysteries of life along with, why do all the pillowcases end up inside the duvet cover? And why do washing machines only ever eat one pair of your socks!!!

It all depends on how you put them in the wash. Personally, I keep it the right way out and fold it so it is ready for me to hang out to dry i.e. top edges together then fold in half across the middle and then fold the same again. Put in the machine and it comes out virtually the same and clean!! I never have a problem with it this way. It doesn't need ironing either, not that I iron duvet covers!

One of lifes great mysteries! But they are a hell of a lot easier to put back on if they're inside out, you just put your hands inside to the corners, grab the corners of the duvet, give it a shake and hey presto! Maybe the duvets are trying to be helpful!

You should button up the duvet cover before you wash it then you won't get this problem.

Because when they were made, the inside was the outside.

After sewing, they were turned inside-out to show the finished side of the sewing. When they get tumbled around, they go back to their original orientation if they can - same with clothing.

I turn mine interior-out in the previous I wash them, and that i fasten another popper so it won't have the capacity to turn. as quickly as I placed the conceal back on my cover i come across it plenty much less perplexing to roll it down the canopy protecting carry of the corners.
