Ok here's the rules; and they're quite simple.
Based on the study of Astrology (and NOT daily horoscopes), how much is the chance that you and someone else would share the same chart and thus, according to astrology, have the exact same personality?
Imagine a lifetime is 84 years, roughly the time of Uranus' orbit around the zodiac, from our point of view.
Now, take what you know about astrology and try to calculate it, in a theoretical fashion. Leave out all the variables, and just use the constants.
Now for all those willing to test this out, maybe a basic course in astrology could be useful, so as to make sure you don't leave anything out.
This is not as much a question, as it is a contest for 'who gets the 10 points?'. There is an actual answer, and only the one who comes up with that one, or is close with their calculations (so add them in your answer as well) wins the 10 points.
I already know the answer so there's no use in trying to give me a random one.
Good luck! :)

Just one more add; this little contest is made to show those people who argue that humanity cannot consist out of only 12 personalities, that astrology is much more than just that, and that - considering astrology - the real chance of 2 people having the same personality is far slimmer than daily horoscopes and new-age astrologers would like you to think.

Forgot to add, those who express their ignorance through trying to make astrology look like it's shite, either get a bad rating, or get flagged - depending on how bad an answer they give.
I meant this to be a serious calculation which people can only manage if they know a thing or two about astronomy or astrology - and preferrably both.

Lioncourt, close - but behaviour and personality are two different things. Behaviour is largely influenced by the environment, whereas personality is largely influenced by genes, or by birth. That aside; I did say 'theoretically speaking'...

Okay; again, to clear things up: these are the rules.
- Take a period of 84 years, any period.
- calculate how many different charts can be made between that period.
- LEAVE OUT THE VARIABLES! If you don't, not only can it never be calculated, but the answer would be pretty clear and simple; then chances would be 0 because with variables, the combinations are ENDLESS.
- I wanted to keep it simple, because I realise that most people who come here, do not have a Master's degree in Physics and Astronomy, so just the simple basics are enough
Those few things should be enough even to come up with an answer which basically proves that Astrology does not support the idea that humanity can be divided in 12 personalities.
