It depends on whether you feel that justice should be served on the neoconservatives or on your entire country.
If on the neocons, then Hillary Clinton should be a hands down choice. The republicans have attacked her unceasingly by every means possible for twenty years. Her election would be a giant shitburger for all the Cheney and Limbaugh lovers who have fed us that diet with such unrelenting ferocity.
If on the USA, then the next president should be me! I am a totally noninvolved nonamerican with a vast experience in public service and a thoughough understanding of history. Since I do not actually want the job and do not need the graft I would be an ideal president.
Of course, you gringos would have to get used to smoking pot, group sex and football that is actually played with the feet.

I only have this to say:
When America elects a black or women president it will have reached the ZENITH of her power. Be careful of what you wish for America.

someone who could remember that though we are the richest country in the world, we still have problems within with poverty. when children go to bed hungry, there's a problem. this is something we try to rid of in 3rd world countries, yet we still have it in our own. children are the future, how do we expect them to grow up well adjusted and competent, and rule the country as well as take care of us when we can no longer take care of ourselves when we abandon them and turn away.
also, someone who can remember that education is the most important thing in a child's life. it shouldn't matter whether you're rich or poor, whether your parents are senators or drug addicts (as is they are to blame for their parents). whether you're black or white, whether you follow a faith or don't. education is important, if we give children a sense of hope they may actually flourish.
the only reason to not do any of this is to keep people down, and the only reason to keep people down is to make us feel better about ourselves. and why is it anybody elses job to do that and why do they have to suffer for that insecurity?

Not anyone currently running for the position. They all have their own personal agendas, and no agenda for the people, except maybe to continue to dissolve their rights, and gain further power over and above the people.
