One time I fell sleep laying down and woke up sitting at the foot of my bed!!

I've done that before, taken off my wedding ring and stuff like that. I fell asleep one night with my bra on, which I don't usually do, and the next morning it was in the floor next to the bed. I guess it bit me and I took it off in my sleep.

When I have heavy things on my mind I walk in my sleep, one time I even called someone while I was sleeping. He knew I was asleep by the bizarre conversation he had with me and fortunately he is a grand friend, who knows me well enough to come over and put me back where I belong.

That would totally freak me out.
Actually I woke up one time standing in the corner of the laundry room taking a leak. Apparently I was sleep walking, and thought I was in the bathroom. (Fortunately I didn't whiz on the carpet).

sleep paralysis, get help from a well being care professional. Its an urgent aspect that demands to be checked. you are able to die or finally end up to be paralyzed thinking of it-have self belief me. I understand some those who've died thinking of it and a some distance off relative is paralyzed.

I sleep with my retainer in but in the morning it's in the case on my nightstand. I've never remembered taking it out!

when i was younger i use to sleep on my bed with my body facing up towards the wall my bed was against to.Then i would wake up with my body on the opposite direction where there was no wall and when i use to wake up i would be like......what the fu*k....lol
