In the beggining i did about 7hrs of actual work. Ive been at my job for over a year now and it is slowly decreaseing. I would say i do about 3 to 4 hours of work on a good day. I feel bad sometimes but work is boring. And answers is f-ing addicting!!

While the internet can be a useful tool, it has not changed the amount of work that needs to be done in an office.

I don't know where you work, but in my office, the phone doesn't stop ringing and there is a constant stream of walk-in traffic. I wouldn't have it any other way. I like to be busy at work--then I am not bored and can enjoy my free time much more.

Depends on how busy it is at the office. I mess around on the internet for at least 2 hours day.

I probably do about 2 hours of real work. I'm a receptionist and basically, I only handle answering the phones and scheduling appointments and I also run the website. But mostly, I sit here at my little desk and do this...all...day...long.....god i love my job! lol

I only go on the company intranet site.

Being admin assistant and "bottom of the ladder" so to speak, I'm always too busy rushing around and cleaning up other people's mess!
