If not then
No WMD were found there.
Saddam is no more.
Iraq has never been a threat for American security.
Everybody knows there is nothing like AlQaeeda present in Iraq its all war propaganda.
And what America call Al Qaeeda is nothing more than those people who are against him.
I myself have heard several times on CNN and other News channels American officials saying that AlQaeeda is not like a physically existing organization but it is a more a concept, means any body in the entire world who is against America and want an arm struggle against it is a member of AlQaeeda.
There are so many countries in the world where there is no Democracy does it mean America will invade all those countries.
Nobody invest that much amount of money without any interest. Also there are so many American soldiers dying there.
Please only add sensible points

We are not terrorists. We are liberators. We stamped out an evil dictator who performed insane atrocities on the world and terrorized even his Arab neighbors. I think Bush went the wrong way about starting the conflict which is why he lost the support of the rest of the world community with a few exceptions. People deserve freedom. Including the freedom to make statements like yours without threat of incarceration or punishment.

I don't agree with the war as it has played out, but I still think it is the right thing today. If we had the backing of the world community, I believe we should liberate the remaining countries.

A Very Liberal Democrat (Not all democrats opposed the war)

No, it was about UN violations and security.
Plus they wouldn't account for their existing chemical weapons or their nuclear development program.

Nothing to do with oil (we have plenty of our own oil, even if the liberals don't want to let us drill for it). It wasn't about al-Qaeda either.
