thats not fair, he crashed into that fence all by himself!

If you were driving a car and accidentally hit someone, and that person you hit ran over something because of you, it is your fault. If macing him caused him to crash into your fence, then it's your fault. If they are totally separate, then he can still sue you, but you can sue him for damages to your fence.

Why isn't mace real and why aren't lawyers real? That part I know is true but about your " my neighbor crashed into my fence part" it is difficult for your neighbor to be maced if he was in a car when it happened.

Maybe you told a lie.
