The birds at 4.30 am. They actually started at 2 am this morning for a couple of hours, realised their alarm had gone off too early and went back to sleep for another hour.
Snoring ... I'm a carer and when I'm making sure my ladies and gentlemen are alright on our regular checks throughout the night, it helps me a lot if they snore.
