I have a friend that it has been established that she truly is flirting with me. However she is married.. the whole nine yards. But she seems to run through hot and cold extremes. One day she will totally flirt with me and the very next day she will be so cold for no reason. Could it be she is trying to deny her feelings to herself? I am starting to think that she may have serious feelings for me. She gets jealous of me when I am talking/flirting with other women. And it seems that these cold spurts follow those times. Why do women act so crazy? Do you think she has feelings or am I over-reading her actions?

Women expect people to read their minds.
Assuming you are interested in her, I suggest you ask her husband if he is willing to let his wife have a lesbian fling. He may be all for it, he may want to watch or participate, he may decline. If he is keen on it, it's up to him to communicate with his wife and determine if she is truly interested as well.
