Lowest cost to open, lowest amount of open hours...You are doomed to fail.

You have to have enough money to buy the business, pay the staff and have enough money to live on for a year before you open the doors.

You will have to be open for lunch 11-2 and evenings 4:30-11 at the minimum, and you will have to advertise and give coupons to grow the business. If you want to sell pizza by the slice, you have to be open all day and night, because people want one slice as a snack, and there isn't much profit in a slice.

And as with any food establishment, you will have to deal with a lot of burocracy...Health, dept, license dept, fire inspections, tax dept for remitting of sales tax and payroll tax

If you haven't worked as a manager for a few years in a restaurant, you are getting in over your head.
