do carb blockers really work any one tryd them were they good i knw that not all cabs r bad nd all that ,i just want to know the answer to my question

Eat healthy and exercise. Burn more calories than you take in.

That's probably why you haven't gotten responses. Carb blockers in my experience didn't work very well. It's just another way to get people to spend money on diet products that don't work.

You might get an answer if you would post your question in health and not Garden and Landscape.
In my opinion Carb blockers are bad for your plants and not much better for humans.

if you're referring to carbohydrates, you're asking your question in the wrong forum. and yes you should avoid carbo blockers for the very reason you stated. they will block the complex (good) carbohydrates as well as the simple ones. adjust your eating habits instead of relying on a pill to fix your problems
if you're talking about blockers for your carburetor, like a restrictor plate, go to the nascar category.
