Why do people get issues that are clearly state and local based issues confused with the federal government. Homelessness should be handled by the local goverments where the problem occurs. Should the people of Topeka, Kansas have to foot the bill for the homeless in San Francisco? No.
The same way the people of Akron, Ohio shouldn't have to pay to educate the kids in New Mexico.
If you have a problem with homeless people in your town, complain to the mayor or city council. This is a LOCAL issue. Not a Federal one.
Please learn a little more about the way all forms of government work before you decide that everything is George Bush's fault. It only makes you look stupid.

Because there is no money in helping the homeless, so the government does not care.

They're WAYY too busy stuffing the money into their own pockets and those of their friends and corporations who suck up to them! They're completely without compassion or morality!

the fact that they would offer a proposal is so they can stay elected. but if the american people dont like it they can vote those suckers off and find someone who would really help out fellow bretheren
