the whitening rinses near the mouthwashes are just mouthwash with ydrogen peroxide. one of the more natural ways to whiten teeth.

Don't drink tea,coffee and things with strong colours they will start to get whiter.
Don't use a strong whiter tooth paste. Just use a normal cavity plain toothpaste its actually better for you because it dosn't wear down your natural enamel. This keeps your teeth naturlly blocking out stains. The toothpastes wear it out.

brush them with baking soda and peroxide mixed with water solution.more water then peroxide. being careful not to swallow any. you do not need but a few drops of peroxide. just enough to make the baking soda a paste.
