Sure. This is going to sound really, really weird, but just bear with me. If you don't like it, you can just leave it alone, if you like it, BEST ANSWER PLEASE!!!!!!!!
I'm going to write it in third person and this is a brief plot summary. If this is going to be a long story, you're going to have to add some details obviously.
Here it is, the demented story:
There is this guy... I'll call him Guy (how original, I know). Guy is living in the middle ages (oh ya, change his name if you want to, I'm sure you will). His village/town is under attack by a vicious warlord named... um... I don't know. Guy is only 10 or something when this warlord took over his town. His parents lead a resistance movement and were killed. Guy is now a teenager? (or older) and wants to free his village and get revenge. His little brother/sister tags along on his journey. He sneaks out of the village to see a wise man (or a crazy man who is smart?). The Wise man gives him tasks that he must do. When he completes these tasks (hard tasks by the way, not fetching a sword or something.... helping other villages in distress), he learns that he now has the skills to fight the warlord. He sneaks back into the village and into the warlords castle (that was built as he was growing up). He sneaks in to the throne room and they duel. Guy finally wins but decides not to kill him or he would become what he hates. He throws him in jail and when he checks on him, the warlord has gone crazy.
Ya, I know it's bad, make it longer and make their names more... well, just better.

giraffes on ecstacy,,,but of course, you have to discuise the fact that its ecstasy like all the other childrens book writers..they will instead say " they found a land at the top of a tree" or after rubbing the "magic lamp" you mst thiink of something to discuise the fact that the story is actually about drugss,,, maybe you can say the giraffe stumbled across a giant muffin, the muffin chased the giraffe down into the bushes where he saw a magnicicent flower, the giraffe though..how lovely..
and sniffed the flower, as he sniffed, pollen went up his nose..he began to feel a bit tingley...and the rest is history! you can write about whatever the hhell u want and its ok because it doesnt have to make sence!!

I would say that *fantasy fiction* histories are more suitable to extend.
