Probably Young Frankenstein with Gene Wilder. I saw it about 8 times. Which Way Is Up is a must see with Richard Pryer. it was so funny I fell out of my chair at the theater.

I guess anything with Will Ferel. Like the Blades of Glory movie that's coming out looks really funny with John Heder.
