I'm actually somewhat thankful for them ... they are a part of who I now am. I've learned a great deal from my mistakes, and in my opinion ... I'm a better person for it. Admit to them, learn from them ... and move on, as a better person. :)

I deal with them head on and try to come correct with whatever I did wrong. Avoiding them has always proven to worsen the circumstances rather than facing them head on. I'm a human. I make mistakes and just try to do better the next time around.

you just have to move on and learn from them. don't over do it by constatly thinking about it. Live life with no regrets.
