Yes, ironic.
Figure the date of the abortion and the date of the babies birth.
The idiot probably got pregnant the week after her abortion........

It is kinda weird.

As far as I know, these suits never succeed. the law does not recognize this kind of liability for the birth of a healthy child. The vascectomy didn't work? You might be able to sue for something, but NOT the costs of raising a helalthy kid.

If a doctor does something that causes a child to be born disabled, that's different.

Hey that kid is probably special. A failed abortion with out any disabilities is an act of God, not a reason to sue. If she still doesn't want him, she can put him up for adoption. 3 years later she still has the child.

She goes to the hospital for pains? She had NO idea that she was still pregnant? How could one not know they are pregnant unless she's like 400 lbs.

I can't wait to see how the kid turns out mentally with a biotch of mother.

crazy story! I don't think she will win, though, She never wanted the child, so she should give it up for adoption if she can't take care of it. And she is doing her child a great disservice for suing because she lived...
