Too early to tell.
It will be decades before we have an accurate analysis of the effects of their policies.

Clinton. Bush has been the WORST president ever. Lie about oral sex? Lie about a war? Hmm. How many Americans are dead and injured over OIL? Haliburton's rolling in the money right now. And so are the Bush's. He loves to kill. Look at the death penalty in Texas when he was governor. He's an IDIOT too, can't read, gets a C in college, when he had to take care of NOTHING else. Do you think he washed his own clothes in college? made his own food? drove his own car around? Clinton is a ROAD SCHOLAR, pulled up by his own effort. There should be no question who's the better man.

Bill Clinton instinctively understood what the job of President entailed. His logical and methodical decision making was backed up by a cabinet that was resolute to determining the common goal.
History will tell the story of President Bush, Congress at this point must pay close attention.

Clinton, mainly by default.
Bush got us into a pointless mess in Iraq - a mess that could engulf the whole region. Aside from what that does to the residents of the Middle East, it could have a very bad effect on us as well. Oil prices would skyrocket and the economy would suffer.
Clinton's FEMA director had turned FEMA into an effective agency for practically the first time ever. Bush virtually dismantled FEMA, making it a small piece of the new Homeland Securtity department.
Bush's response towards homeland security has been such an over reaction that he's more of a threat to American freedom and liberties than the people he's protecting us against.
Deficits have skyrocketed under Bush. Partly due to being unlucky enough to be President when the economy was in a downturn. Largely due to needing both a war and tax cuts. Iraq is the war that nobody pays for - except for the military.
Clinton's main bad point as President is that he squandered a chance to do something about Social Security when we had budget surpluses. His main positive was welfare reform. For the most part, his accomplishments and failures were too trivial to be worth remembering in the long run.
Clinton was average to slightly above average. Bush will be lucky to escape being ranked as the worst President in history. I would rank him below Nixon who at least had some significant positive accomplishments to accompany his huge disgrace. I think he competes to beat out the likes of Grant, Hoover, and Carter (Presidents whose lack of leadership gutted their Presidency regardless of their own principles, ideals, or smarts).

Georg W. Bush has the capacity to push his ideas. His nation was upset by 9/11 event. He had been able to curtail these people. In Iraq his dream was a prosperous and democratic society was shattered by the absence of unity between different religious groups. In Middle East he is successful in pressurizing Israel for a just settlement of conflicts. There are other international issues which he is handling always keeping the interest of his country. Iraq war has badly affected his reputation due to heavy cost in human lives. Bill Clinton is a competent and intelligent person. Bush is better in pushing the issues to success.

As a conservative, i still have to admit the truth. Clinton was 10 times the president that Bush is. 8 years of peace and prosperity. A budget surplus. And all he did wrong was lie about a BJ.
Bush on the other hand.....
Whether or not he lied, Iraq had No WMD. He did lie about the Yellow cake from Niger. He ignored the generals that said he needed more troops, until now that it is too late. HUGE no bid contracts to Cheney's company Haliburton. Only took him 3 years to erase the largest budget surplus in history with the largest deficit in history. Conservative? My ***! Bush is the most liberal GOP president in history. On the economy, he is more liberal then most democrats, and even without the war, will have spent more money then any other president in history. And so called conservative who answers this question BUSH, is either lying, or not conservative.

A balanced budget, a great economy, no threat to the bill of rights, that is what Clinton gave us. He left office with an 87% favorable pole. Bush has given us an illegal war, threatened the bill of rights, gives lip service to the veterans and the survivors of Katrina, and has a popularity of 27%. Which one was better? It is really easy to see Clinton had it all over Bush.

Well, that's a no brainer although I think, thus I'm a democrat: Bill by far! Pardon the expression, but this country has gone down the toilet in the last six years with the failed policies of a president who can't run diddly squat, little on a country.

Neither Bush nor Clinton are eligible.
Joe Biden or Chuck Hagel
I just hope the Democrats don't kick themselves in the butt by nominating Hillary or O'Bammy
