they are great books by Stephenie Meyer. and i as wondering is there going to be a sequel to new moon? how many books is stephenie planning to make?

Yes, there's going to be a third book called Eclipse. It should be out some time this year. After that, there's going to be a fourth book called Breaking Dawn that should be out in 2008. Then, there's going to be a fifth book called Midnight Sun, and that books going to be Twilight told from Edward's point of view! I loved Twilight and New Moon, and I can't wait for Eclipse to come out!

Basically what the lady above said. Eclipse will be out August, 2007 and is available for pre-order on the Barnes and Noble website. Also, Stephenie Meyer has a fantastic website which has deleted scenes and additional chapters (including the first chapter of "Midnight Sun"). There is also information about her book signings and upcoming releases. The link is below.

Yes, there will be a sequal. Aren't they amazing books?!? Check out Stephanie Meyer's website...I forget what it's called right now (sorry!) but if you go to Google and type in "Stephanie Meyer" it'll pop up.
