Can you use MSN or Windows Live Messenger on xbox live to chat with people on their computers? If so how?

No you can't chat like on msn but what you can do is if you have a 360 and you are on xbox live is message each other either through the 360 controller or through your pc. You can talk in game as well

why? if you are playing ArmA online why use MSN to talk to someone in game
