I am in the same boat. I really dont feel like having relations very often at all. I love him very much and don't want to be with anyone else but "relations" isnt the highlight for me. My fiance loves it and wants to have relations all the time. like the person said before, I try and have a different mindset so I will enjoy it. Once I relax then more than not I do enjoy it.

Sounds like you need a counselor, to find out why you feel this way. Then you need to set down with your husband and explain what's going on with you.
Try telling him any fantasies you may have, or things you want to try.
All the toys and creams in the world won't help, if your not truthful with yourself and your mate.
Once you've figured that out then start getting the toys and creams, but you really need to make sure your mate understands it's not him, because thats hard on a man's ego. to think his wife doesn't want or considers it a chore
Hope this helps

Try using "toys" or playing games with each other in the bedroom- this perked up my relationship with my hubby. Makes it more of a fun activity than just a chore. The love dice are a fun way to get "in the mood", where you both get to take turns rolling the dice and performing the deed.

Sounds embarassing maybe, but the best way to learn how to enjoy relations is to spend some time alone and learn what you like by touching yourself. When you have time alone, in the shower, in your bedroom, etc explore your body and touching yourself in different ways to see what makes you feel good. If you know how to make yourself feel good you will enjoy showing your husband and also learning what makes him feel good.

You should really talk to your PCP and your GYN to find out some of the most successful remedies for it. They should both know a bit about your medical history and what medications your taking in conjunction with giving you something new. I think there are plenty of things out there that will help with your arousal but we are all so different in that category.

I have no idea, I've always had the same problem, except now I'm married to the guy who feels the same about it. That sure solves the issue. I could say, talk to a doctor, except I spoke to doctors, and no one could tell me anything useful. Good luck.

It's like going to church (LOL), you don't really want to go there but once you're there, you're enjoying it. Try to change your mindset and once you get into the habit you will start to enjoy it.

maybe he is not taking the time to arouse you. Tell him what you like to do.
