A book store -- William Shakespeare -- in the Classics section.
You might also try your local library. It's a large building in your town where they have books you can borrow to read! Try one on English grammar, also.

Anytime you are looking for a book or play online, if you go to Google or Yahoo and type in the name and the word "text", odds are you will find the complete text online - especially if it is something like Shakespeare. Just type "Romeo and Juliet Text" and several complete versions will pop up. I hope that helps. I have no problem finding complete Shakespeare texts online. I hope that is your "best answer".
