I suppose it is hard to set a limit between being in or out of the "matrix". I'm talking mainly psychological...it's the most important step. From there you can make other steps toward independance, like fasting, surviving on much less food, learning to grow your own food, exercise, strength and speed, letting go of your bad habits 1 by 1..fatty foods, smoking, television, pathological relationships etc...
Anything that brings you toward your spirit, or true self, and in your true feelings...

Well, I am not sure about metaphors but in all reality I am still sucking down FUMES and other such hazardous materials, so that is the section of the matrix within which I currently reside...

And I have yet to see MEDIA(or in my actual field of vision) which presents any number of the separately media referenced "MADONNAs" side by side... or any of the other people who are/were involved/tied-up in the so called "parent matrix trap" for that matter....

I see you Mr. Smith. Im coming.

On a serious note, I Have made my way out.
It is practically impossible to do. The Matrix is warm and pleasant and you think your OK.

You must be shocked into understanding your not OK to get out. There are agents everywhere deceiving. They prohibit the messengers who can shock you with the truth. You have to look intently and listen.

An agent approaches...Out.

Not me. The casualty rate is prohibitive, and it's easier to raise my family within the certainty of society's norms and delusions.

Making your way out of the matrix requires significant planning and a legitimate commitment that must entail and include your life well into old age. Easier said than done!
