i want to use lines to express few things..
so i need to learn ideas of expressing using lines..
things like: happiness, age, fear, dynamic, love...

Look for books or Web sites on graphic design. The science of graphic design studies how to use graphical elements (such as lines) to create reactions in viewers. It is amazing what can be done with a few strokes of a pen.
The first link below is to the Web site of Graphic Design magazine. It has some interesting things, including links and some free stuff that might be helpful to you. The second link is to the graphic design page on About.com. It discusses a variety of graphical topics and there are a lot of resources there.
