She already doesn't believe me because "he is best boyfriend ever" as stated by my friend. Do I need to get hard evidence or what?

You DO need evidence that he is cheating on her. Like if you were with another friend and you saw him and girl number 2 out being friendly with each other, have your friend talk to her and tell her what you two saw. (sorry if that was confusing) this is always a tricky area, you need to be prepared for her to get mad at you, but more than likely in the end she'll realize you were right and come back. be open to her apology. but you don't want to just say that he's cheating on her because she won't believe you. she wants to trust her 'bf' over you. just be careful and have evidence!

How did you figure it out? Maybe she doesn't believe you because it may not sound like hard evidence. If your friend is that skeptical, then you should find that kind of evidence or something.
Good luck!

You need some evidence to support your claim.

Get hard evidence. If she still doesn't believe, then she is in denial. Be prepared for her to blow up at you.
