Yes they do. They have about 15 FM stations

Everybody has FM and AM radio. However some of them may not have the money to support radio stations.
I am not sure about Israel, but i am sure they have quite a few stations.

any radio transmitter that works in any country must work in any other country too. They don't know what country they are in. I don't know if Israel has FM commercial radio stations, if that's what your asking.
