Who controls the number of good persons and bad persons in the world?Because if the balance is disturbed,there will be chaos everywhere.(Let us not bring god into all this.)

Theres good people?
The balance is not help in check by good people vs. bad people.
People left to there own devices and desires is chaos.
There is a balance because there are police officers with guns.

There are many things that involve a person being good or bad. I give you a good example: I know someone who is raising their child from what they have read in a book. The first fit this child had nothing was done. No discipline has been given to this child EXCEPT for when he was with his grand mother or adult cousins. When disciplined he stopped hitting other children. Of course his mother found out and arguing went through the phone lines.
This child by the age of 6 has been thrown out of 4 schools. He is big for his age and picks on the smaller kids. Do you think he will be a good or bad person?
Raise a child on the right road
The child starts maturing and making decisions: they choose the hard way or the easy way. They choose certain people they want to be with, They decide if they will be followers or leaders. My point is, a child must be shown if he/she does something wrong there is punishment, There are many factors for a person to be good or bad. Control is not the answer or there will be no freedom of speech. There will be no freedom at all. The good cannot be punished by control, the good can only hope to out number the bad.

It would be a luxury if someone were controlling this - that would mean there is purpose, deliberation and coordination. I'm afraid, no one controls this and it is just the slopping around of humanity like waves in a basin. But I wonder if more people piled up in one pile or the other, say good people, whether that would provide more chaos, or launch a new renaissance of cooperation and happiness.

The weather may control some species, but what is for human being there are not magnitudes. The human being is a magnitud itself.

i don't think there are good or bad people. there are too many different ideas of what good and evil really are.Christians would say "god" and Scientists would say genetics, but, alas, i am neither, so i would say the human infatuation on judging what is "good" and what is "evil" defines the numbers.

No one controls anything. Control is a state of mind, it is up to an individual if they are going to allow anther to control them
