I hope that you've not become sexually active, if you have then you need to STOP EVERYTHING and learn about these things before engaging in ANY kind of sex!!
Of course you CAN NOT get pregnant by swallowing "semen". I'm thinking that if you don't know THIS, then what ELSE do you not know?!? There's lots you need to know AND UNDERSTAND to protect yourself.
Maybe this is your way of learning,.. hopefully that's all that's going on here BUT try to find someone that you can talk to that you trust,... Start w/ your family,... be careful what "learn" online,.. confirm everything!

no. pregnancy occurs when the semen meets an egg in the uterus. The digestive and the reproductive systems are not connected. However, you can get all sorts of things from giving and receiving oral sex. ANY STD including AIDS is transferable that way. Be careful.
Also, if you don't know enough about oral sex to know whether or not you can get pregnant, ask yourself if you should be having any kind of sex at all.

NO!!!!!!!!!! The sperm must get to the egg produced by the ovaries inside the woman's womb. Swallowing sperm will kill it because of the acids in the stomach. But there also is NO connection from the stomach to the area where the egg is fertilized. No fear of pregnancy.

I am sorry to say that all who answered are lying!!!!!!!!! there is fifty percent chance that you get pregenent infact the chance of getting preg when you have sex is 40 percent, the reason behind is when you drink any fluid it filtered in kidney and comes out via utreus so it directly reaches the utreus.
when you have sex only one sperm can enter in to egg but when you drink it its totally different... twins and triplets are born because of swollowing sperm its a well know fact... consult a doctor
