a 14 year old shouldnt be lifting heavey weights because your joints are not developed fully you should be doing light weights just to get the fundementals of lifting when you hit 16 then you can gradually increase to heavey weights

Does he weigh 100 lbs. or 250 lbs? Or somewher in the middle?

I'd say you should be able to do your own weight at least 10 times to be considered doing "well" at strength training.

my friend Gabe benches 100 pounds
my friend GUs supposedly benches 280 but i dont belive him so i'd say 100 how much do u bench?
