If you were a supervisor or head of Human Relations, what qualities are important to you when you hire a prospective employee?

nicely dressed......try to c how there car looks if its all mess up not a good sign...... if its old but clean it is a good sign......If teh car looks to expensive for him to own not good.. either mean he gets everything he wants from parents or he sale drugs on the streets..... u can tell a lot from a persons car.

prior experience...communication skills...how many jobs in the last few years...schooling...military service...most vets are very dependable and prompt...good luck
