It depends on a few factors.
1. The location of the bar she dances in. They say in business, "Location, location, location!" and it holds true here too.
2. How good she is at what she does. Even a women who has questionable features can make good money if she knows how to work the men.
3. Her appearance. Men are suckers for what ever turns their crank. Some are into legs, others into hair...so on and so on. Once a dancer gets a collection of men interested in her particular attributes, she can make really good money.
As to your second question, the one within your wonderment, "good job".
There are so many pros's and con's to this debate no one person can answer this for you. There are moral, social, economic, religious, ethnic, and conscience related sub-issues here that can not just be ignored.
The women involved in this profession tend to get dragged into trouble. Drugs, drinking, sexual activities, illegal activities. If she isn't of strong mind and body, and capable of controlling the world around her, she could fall into a pit of dis pare

I believe they make some decent money, more money than a cashier at a supermarket.
