The purpose of advertising is to excite your sub-concious buttons by using puppies, sex, repetition... etc. That way if you feel good or even bad about the advertising, whenever you make a selection at a store or on-line, that button gets pressed and it alters your selection process, sometimes for the good, sometimes for the bad of the product, depending on how good the marketing director is at the advertising firm. Yes.... it's brain washing, kind of like propoganda, but less harmful. Now buy my answer, or I will send the magic gnomes after you.
