Heck yea! My step daughter got some toy for Christmas that has about 6-7 sayings. One of them is something like:
"Do you have your own room?" Maybe it's 'cause I'm older, but I have a hard time believing that was meant strictly as a girl asking a new girl that, as opposed to a potential boyfriend.

I think to some degree yes, that is happening. I don't have kids myself, but when young girls look up to people Like Britney Spears and Paris Hilton, trouble looms. Did you see the South Park episode on Paris Hilton?
