for the child. Should I contact the District Attorney's office and the USPS or just USPS and let them decide and go from there?

The letter was addressed to me and was pertaining to my husband. We have contacted the Child Support office and they have no such request for child support or paternity on file. They said it must be a hoax. I am almost certain who has done this. My question is...Is it mail fraud? She is slandering my husband and requesting money and a paternity test. FYI...ex co-worker, crazy, jealous, and so on and so on!
