You can increase breast size a little by doing exercises that build the perstoral muscles underneath, that will push the breast tissue underneath out more, you may get a full cup size out of this. Some good exercises are bench press, and butterfly presses.

I'd guess that you'd want to lift weights in such a manner to build the pectoral muscles underneath the breast. Also, if you are doing a lot of excercise be sure to eat enough. Breasts are largely fat and becomming too skinny would obviously result in smaller breasts.

It has been my experience that my wife began an strenuous exercise regimen once, and lost allot of weight. Along with the weight she found that she had lost noticeable breast size. But that could just be due to (dress) size loss more than actual breast mass reduction.
