Can great people make others feel that they too can become great???

sometimes.....other times they can just make you feel worse about yourself. it isn't good to let things like that get to you though because I am sure thoughs great people have worked very very hard to get where they are, so in the end it comes down to fairness. it would be good to have a role model like that so maybe someday you can work hard and be just like them.

i think that it dependes on his state of mind.
some un educated (not well rounded) people think if i help others then they will become as good as i am and then they might not look so great, adding to that humans have the race instinks in them by nature.
on the other hand, when people have the knowledge and share it with others and they think that if the others become better than me its only becuse they work harder than me , I could always become the best if i work the hardest. but do i want to sacrifice every thing in my life to do that.???...some the peaple who did that is instine. to prove to the world that he is not stupid.

Of Course!! Look at Jennifer Hudson. She gives so much hope to people who ever felt that huge success can't happen for them. She is from the Englewood community in Chicago. I too live in Chicago, and I am so proud of her. Englewood....to say the least....is not the best neighborhood to live in. And to see someone like Jennifer come out of that with such blessed success just gives so many others hope that they can achieve their dreams, too!!!

Those that are struggling ...possibly but surely not by walking around one on eggshells or acting on assumption. That wouldn't be called leadership anyways. Success has to be welcomed and part of the plan.

Well that depends on your definition of "great people". But I think we all have greatness in us, but some people just don't know how to tap into it.
