I see no reason why not. Every day we learn more about how the machine of the human body works; every day we grow more capable of reproducing the behavior of human body parts with machinery. I believe eventually humanity will learn the intricacies of how the organic computer in our heads works as well. And if you can describe something systematically - i.e. if you can describe in detail exactly how something behaves - then you can make a computer do that same thing.

no b/c the cpu can only do what we program it to do and it would not be possible to program it to duplicate the human brain.
