well first, anna always stated how much she loved her fans, so she would have wanted it this way, because she knew that her fans wouldnt be allowed to the funeral, and this gives them a chance to some what be there. plus we all knew how much she loved being in the spot light. second, the 4 million dollars didn't go directly to howard, it went to the church.

Because Anna Nicole would have wanted that- think about- she lived in and FOR the spot light. She loved cameras and pictures and dressing up.

I agree. But you have to remember that Anna LOVED the limelight. She idolized Marilyn Monroe, and fashioned her life like hers. Having press at her funeral, for all we know, may have been something Anna expressed pre-death to be something she wanted.

Because the whore was a rich celebrity, and the media thinks some dead b**** is more important than, say, White House corruption, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, etc. etc.
That's why.
Same reason it's such a big deal who's her baby's daddy.. oh, wait, no, it's because he would control a HALF BILLION DOLLAR FORTUNE.

$$$ pure and simple. Howard gets money for allowing the media to witness the "big story"...and in turn, the various outlets (tv shows, magazines, etc) get more money because of higher ratings/sales.

Entertainment Tonight had exclusive rights to cover it FROM HOWARD K. STERN. Others had to stay outside and ask the people who were inside. HOW CAN YOU STOP THE MEDIA, ANYWAY??

there is a public funeral first and then there is going to be a Private funeral the press is only going to be at the public one.
