Instead of goodie bags, which take a lot of time to put together and are usually tossed or gather dust, find 1 item that all kids will like--hard, with such a large age range, but certainly doable.

One really healthy, but maybe not kid-friendly, idea, is to make custom banana labels--"Thanks for coming to Paul's birthday party. Hope we didn't drive you bananas!" and stick each one to a banana. (Another label: "Paul's birthday party was all monkey business."

OR--a bottle of Banana Snapple for each kid with a similar label. (It's actually really delicious; it just sounds gross. It's like a smoothie.)

Stickers are appreciated by all, and you can always get those at the dollar store.

Don't stress it; kids will be fine going home with one thing.

Buy the game "monkey's in a barrel" give out a monkey. Print out a picture of George and only give out like brown, green, yellow, black (jungle colors) crayons. You can go to your local party store and look for "jungle thememed" stuff. You can look for monkey keychains.

Good Luck!
