There is not even a single site which can provide the correct reading. These site can do the correct plotting of charts/calculations but not interpretation.
You want at least half correct predictions please let me know if you could find any site where they give more than 5-10 % correct things.
In case you are serious then visit some astrologer in person and then see the results.

I get my horoscope delivered to my e-mail address everyday from a website tarot.com -- I really like it and most days it pretty much tells me what is going on in my life.

http://www.astro.com (and I will have to suggest to them to give me fees for the advertisement I've given them so far) It's a good site for drawing charts, and finding less common charts, but that's about it... their interpretation is shite, basically. You'd be better off learning the basics yourself and interpret your own charts off astro.com
