Most Turbo chargers use aluminum alloys that are able to resist high temperatures. With the exception of the turbine itself which is made of the lightest and strongest metal since this part needs to spin thousands of RPMs (over 10,000rpm). Some turbines are made of ceramic materials that are even lighter but are more fragile (the lighter materials reduce turbo lag)

Superchargers on the other hand dont use the exhaust to drive the turbines so dont have to be made to resist high temperatures. Just strong and lightweight.
