Sex drive is a combination of hormones and attitude. One you control, the other you don't. If you like yourself and your life is going along in an acceptable manner, you should have a normal drive. If you don't, I would recommend going to a doctor and having a hormone level test. If you are low, he/she can give you a perscription for some hormone supplement. If the problem is in the second area, you need to figure out what you can do the live a more satisfying life, so you have more time to do what makes you happy! Go for it!

Get in shape. Its a great way to take stock of your body and the more you do it, such as yoga, or arobics your hormones will get more in balance and that will give you the erge to have sex, a lot of sex. When women get older, they usually get heavier from having babies etc. Then they wonder where there sex drive went. Thats one of the reasons women need to get in better shape. In some cases a shot from a doctor of testosterone will help, but get in shape and get good food. Thats the best thing. Try a yoga class, its the best for getting your body supple and the hormones going.

Excersizing releases feel good endorphins and that makes you want to have sex. Also, a few drinks never hurt. And if you are on birth control of any kind, or prescriptions.... usually those things have sexual side effects including loss of desire. Get off of those things and you'll want it more. Good luck
