"Raindrops Keep falling on my head" written by Burt Bacharach for the 1969 soundtrack "Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid" where it was performed by B.J. Thomas (and became an instant hit).
It has since been recorded by numerous artist, including David Hasselhoff, Henry Mancini, Edwin Starr and Dionne Warwick among others.
I'm Not certain who did it for the "Spiderman" soundtrack as it isn't listed on the soundtracks info.
