Are you talking about your boyfriend? Then if he is old enough to be your grandpa that is too old, if you are younger than his children that's too old. If you have a younger man maybe you are too old his mom will hate you. Ask a more detailed question next time.

depends of you current age
when I was 15, a 22 yo boyfriend for a girl my age, was too old
now im 42, and 22 is very young
for me, a 50+ woman would be too old (at least for now, lol)

You can be 60 but still act like a child..its depends on your 'inner' age..which is never old unless you want to be.
