We're moving to Dallas TX. Where is the best area to live?

We have a 10 yr old son so the school system is very important to us. My husband travels so the commute to the airport is also a factor. I am in the medical field so locations close to hospitals and dr's offices would be helpful when i decide to return to work. We have been told about Richardson and Plano. What is the best area for us?
