Alot of sugar substitutes like Sweet 'n Low have a substance that when it reaches 96 degrees turns to phlamaldohide (is that how you spell it?) or can cause cancer. Think about that next time you have a diet soda.

The spelling would be formaldehyde. I didn't know that - but I imagine you would certainly smell the difference in your diet soda were that the case!
