I seem to remember hearing a story of a famous physicist who around the turn of the century (last) claimed all the questions of physics had been answered except for one small issue of whether light is a wave or a particle. Does anyone remember the details of this story?

--I had at one time referenced his quote, and since your question have been searching for him. Most likely you do not have his name, but I thought I might ask if you have any more info available--He does exist!
