You just used the letter "Y" to try to ask the question "Why?"
While you are making a gross generalization, the straight-up answer is this: Many women are dumb, because it benefits a woman more to be beautiful than to be intelligent. That doesn't mean a lovely woman can't be smart too. It just means she has little motivation to act smart or be educated. Did you know pretty couples are actually more likely to produce female offspring statistically?

It's been proven that female children are actually smarter than male childern...esp. in math and science...but as girls get older they become less interested in those subjects..due to the stigma that it's nerdy or unattractive for girls..

Here's an example from my personal life...My mother and I went to toys'r'us with my daughter to buy a toy...My daughter went to the section that had dinosaurs and science projects etc...My mother said to my daughter "This is the boy section lets go over there to the barbie section"...I got mad and yelled LOUDLY at my mother "Science is NOT for boys, girls can be scientist too"...I did that so other ppl around me could hear and they can stop their ignorace too...
